Business Finland: Doing Business in Sweden
Doing Business in Sweden: A great market next door, and still so far away
Sweden is one of the most important, most relevant and most potential export markets for Finnish companies. At the same, entering the Swedish market might not be just as easy as it first seems, and acquiring the first Swedish clients always requires hard work.
Knowing the differences in the business culture, and how to do business with the Swedes, cuts many corners and is a key success factor in every company’s market entry and growth in Sweden.
Welcome to join us for an online workshop on Swedish business culture. The workshop will provide answers for following questions, amongst others:
- What should you know about the Swedish business culture in order to reach out to the Swedes
- What should you consider in your own approach in order to give a professional and likable impression?
- Differences between Swedish and Finnish values and lifestyle.
What Online workshop: Doing business in Sweden – A great market next door and still so far away
When Thursday April 8th, 2021 at 14.00-15.30 EET
The workshop will be led by Sissi Silván who has an extensive experience from the Swedish market. Sissi has lived in Sweden and Scandinavia for years, and worked for Swedish international companies such as Mercuri International and H&M, being the first Country Director in Finland.
She knows the Swedish business culture in and out… below the polite surface Swedes are quite critical, and too often Finnish companies never hear again of ‘those very interested potential clients’.
