We are looking for a Data Analyst who turns data into insight and insight into action. You will help us understand what drives performance in e-commerce, marketing, and customer experience — from campaign impact to how weather patterns shape sales.

We are looking for a

Data Analyst

who turns data into insight and insight into action. You will help us understand what drives performance in e-commerce, marketing, and customer experience — from campaign impact to how weather patterns shape sales. You will work in a connected data environment built on BigQuery, Microsoft Fabric, and PowerBI, where data from dozens of sources is already modelled and ready for exploration. Your work will shape how Reima makes decisions, runs campaigns, and builds better customer experiences across markets.

What you will do

Translate large data sets into clear insights and growth opportunities
Build automated dashboards and analyses that reveal what is working — and why
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to test hypotheses and optimise campaigns
Use data to explain customer journeys and identify friction points
Partner with developers to maintain reliable tracking and measurement
Ensure data quality and compliance in all analytics processes

What helps you succeed

Solid skills in SQL and data visualisation (PowerBI, Looker Studio, or similar)
Understanding of digital marketing metrics and customer funnels
Curiosity to explore data, connect dots, and tell the story behind numbers
Experience with GA4, Tag Manager, BigQuery, or similar tools
